She knows where a Grand Star is, but is helpless against the dangers that reside near it. She enlists the brothers' help to retrieve Power Stars to make the planet they're now on into a replacement Observatory. When they arrive, Rosalina tells them that Kageno has destroyed the Comet Observatory and almost all of the Lumas have drifted off into the cosmos. While the Toads are sorrowing over the loss of their princess, Rosalina quickly has a Luma transform into a launch star to launch herself and the Mario Bros. Peach, knowing that she cannot escape, tosses Univa to Rosalina while being warped to another galaxy. Right when the story is over, Kageno, having become larger, breaks open the castle and takes Peach from the top floor. She then explains that the dark creature named "Kageno" wants to destroy Univa to create his own universe in place of theirs.
It is the one creature keeping the universe alive. that the Luma that landed on their planet is a special one named "Univa". When in the castle, Rosalina tells the Bros. Peach then escapes, taking the Luma back into her castle. The giant cloud formed into a humanoid figure and started chasing after the Luma, but Rosalina blocked it. Moments later, Rosalina soon rushed down to the kingdom, escaping a giant dark cloud. The star that had crashed into the kingdom was actually a Luma, but this one looked significantly different. Peach soon noticed that one star seemed to be getting bigger and bigger until the light crashed into the ground. had arrived out on the streets to gaze at the wonderful sight. Everyone in the kingdom, including Princess Peach and the famed Mario Bros. One night, the Mushroom Kingdom was lit by a pretty, starry sky.
